- SWFObject - Better than <embed>. A good explanation of using swfobject script to add Flash to your site.
- Randomize your xml file name to force it to reload when called from your Flash movie. If you're updating your XML file, but the changes aren't loading, try adding a random number to the end of your filename in Actionscript: "filename.xml?randomVar=" + Math.random();
